iPSC disease models
Patient-derived iPSCs are rapidly becoming the standard for disease models. Using the Footprint-Free™ gene editing system, patient-derived iPSCs can be edited at a single nucleotide level to create isogenic control cell lines.
Both mice and rats serve as the industry standard for models of human disease. Transposagen was early to apply gene editing technologies to deliver genetically modified rats to researchers seeking improved models of disease.
